In this half-hour class, Lisa Shaub will help you with the issues that now face us all, staying healthy and balanced in our new locked-down world. Corona Times call for a calm head, a heart without fear and a strong healthy body.
Lisa Shaub writes a health and wellness blog www.lslivewell.com. She has been focusing on health and healthy food creation for over twenty years. This class will cover creating positive choices, with healthy recipes and time-saving tips.
We will look at:

This class is an online class.
Cost: $50 for a half hour class
This class will run from March 30-May 1,
Wednesday and Friday 11:00-11:30 am
Materials: A notebook, pen, red pencil and green pencil.
