CUSTOM PROCESS FOR NYC AND LOCAL CLIENTS

We work with you in person, over phone, video-chat, or through email. Let us know the best way to work together and we will make it happen. We need:

• Date
• Type of event
• Your favorite shape
• Inspirational photos
• Images of your dress
• Physical color swatch

At our NYC millinery showroom Lisa will have you try on our shapes and colors to determine the exact right one for your skin tone and coloring. You will chose a piece you love. While we make your hat we send pictures of the process. After your final approval we will schedule an in-store fitting.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF NYC

If you are remote, we work with clients all over the world. Pictures are used to determine the shape, design and overall feel. We keep you in the loop with images of your hat in process. Once you have approved the final image, we ship the hat to you with a tracking number. Perfection!

DETAILS FOR ALL CUSTOM ORDERS

For exact color matching we need a physical swatch. Phone pictures are incorrect.

Custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit if there will be a final fitting.

If the final piece is to be sent to the customer without a fitting, the order must be paid in full at the time of your order.

Price range for custom work is $450 – $1500.

Custom work may not be returned or exchanged due to the time consuming nature of this service.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

No time to shop in-person? Let us come to you! With our Concierge Service we bring our hats and fascinators to your office or home. We know you are busy and want to make this easy. If you don’t see what you want, contact us. We document all work and have a huge library of images.
